  • Vehicle, equipment, and service records
  • Business payment information, such as Venmo usernames, Zelle details, payment links, bank account information, routing numbers, ACH instructions, and other payment-related details you choose to store in the Service
  • Other business-related information you choose to store in the Service

Location Information

We may collect location-related information, including:

  • Customer service and billing addresses
  • Job site addresses and business locations
  • GPS or device location information from mobile devices when permission is granted
  • Real-time or historical location information used for dispatching, route planning, navigation, crew management, job tracking, time tracking, or other location-based features

If enabled by the account administrator, we may collect location information from crew members or mobile devices while using the Service. You may control location permissions through your device settings. Certain location-based features may not function properly if location access is disabled.

Payment Information

Payments for Contractor Office subscriptions are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers used to purchase Contractor Office subscriptions. We may receive limited payment-related information, including payment status, subscription plan, billing history, payment transaction identifiers, and the last four digits of a payment card.

Users may also choose to store payment-related information within the Service for business purposes. Such information is treated as Customer Content and is stored solely to provide the Service.

Usage and Device Information

We automatically collect information about how the Service is used, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, device identifiers, and operating system
  • Mobile carrier information, app version, pages viewed, and features used
  • Date and time of access, diagnostic and error logs, crash reports, and performance data

Customer information, job records, invoices, photos, payment instructions, and other information uploaded to the Service remain under the control of the account owner. Contractor Office acts as a service provider with respect to customer information uploaded by users. Users are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or consents required to collect, process, store, and share information about their customers, employees, contractors, or other individuals.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, email and communication providers, analytics providers, customer support platforms, authentication and security providers, and mapping and location service providers. These providers are authorized to access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

Legal Requirements
